I am a Games Designer with 2 years industry experience gained working with Marmalade Games Studio. My work has included economy design, systems design, and content design across multiple titles. I have a strong personal interest in game balance and narrative design.

Leaderboard Systems

I designed a leaderboard system to be used across all of Marmalade Studio's games, making changes based upon outcomes of simulations that I ran, feedback from senior stakeholders, and live play data.
Live Events

I designed many live events for Marmalade's Monopoly. The most recent being an advent calendar themed christmas event which I designed the economy, quests, and rewards for.

I created mockups and the flow for a Local Play and Companion App feature for Marmalade Game Studio's Ticket to Ride.

Game Balance for Multiplayer Games

I used an asymmetric multiplayer game as a balancing case study, designing new content for the existing game whilst also rebalancing the existing content.
Game Design: Pairs

This is a game jam project based on the game Concentration, wherein players must match pairs of hidden cards. In Dungeon of Des-pair the player attempts to match cards to escape dungeons filled with traps, monsters, and treasure.


Game Design: Cycles

This is a game jam project. Tandemania is a two-player co-op game intended to get players talking quickly. The pair pilot a modified tandem bicycle through a series of downhill obstacle courses.
